In the title compound, C25H31NO2, the phenyl ring is approximately perpendicular to the acridine moiety, whose planarity is lost as a consequence of lack of π-conjugation along the ring system. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding and van der Waals interactions stabilize the molecules in the crystal.
