The low temperature phase of 4,7-dioxatricyclo[3.2.1.03,6]octane, C6H8O2, has been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction at 190 K. Only minor bond differentiation is observed here compared to oxetane and 7-oxabicylo[2.2.1]heptanes.
