The crystalline structure of the phase SrKB5O9 exhibits a condensation of
B5O11 units to form an undulating polyborate network that is also observed in
the structure of CaNaB5O9. The Sr and K atoms bind adjacent networks together
through interaction with eight and nine O atoms, respectively.
