Recombinant expression, purification, crystallization and preliminary X-ray diffraction analysis of the C-terminal DUF490_963-1138 domain of TamB from Escherichia coli

The C-terminal DUF490_963-1138 domain of TamB (previously YtfN) from E. coli strain K-12 has been overexpressed, purifed and crystallized. Preliminary diffraction data have been collected to 2.1 Å resolution.
