Crystallization and preliminary X-ray crystallographic studies of a mutant of ribosome recycling factor from Escherichia coli, Arg132Gly

Ribosome recycling factor from E. coli has been crystallized in space group P2₁ with no additives. Data were collected to 2.2 Å and molecular replacement gave solutions for the rotation and translation functions.
