GlmU (N-acetylglucosamine-1-phosphate uridyltransferase) bound to three magnesium ions and ATP at the active site

The structure of GlmU for M. tuberculosis is determined in complex with GlcNAc-1-P, a non-canonical nucleotide substrate - ATP and three Mg²⁺ ions. ATP is bound at the active site in an unusual conformation.
