3,4-Difluoro­benzohydro­xamic acid

The title compound, C₇H₅F₂NO₂, was prepared by the reaction of meth­yl 3,4-difluoro­benzoate with excess NH₂OH in basic solution. In the crystal structure, the mol­ecules are linked into a three-dimensional extended network by N—H...O, O—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...F hydrogen-bond inter­actions.
