The title compound, [Cu₂Cl₂(C₁₈H₁₅O₃P)₄], is a centrosymmetric dinuclear complex, where each Cu^I atom has a distorted tetra­hedral coordination involving two triphenyl­phosphite ligands and two bridging Cl⁻ anions. The mol­ecular structure and packing are stabilized by C—H...O and C—H...π inter­actions.
