In the title complex, [Cu₂(C₈H₄O₄)₂(C₆H₆N₂O)₄]·3H₂O, the Cu^II atom exhibits distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry and is coordinated by two N atoms of two isonicotinamide (inta) ligands and three O atoms of three isophthalate (ipt) ligands. C—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, as well as π–π stacking inter­actions, are observed between.
