2-Chloro-N-[1-(4-chloro­phen­yl)-3-cyano-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]acetamide

The title compound, C₁₂H₈Cl₂N₄O, was synthesized by the reaction of 5-amino-1-(4-chloro­phen­yl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile and 2-chloro­acetyl chloride. The dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene rings is 30.7 (3)°. In the crystal structure, strong N—H...O hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into chains along [001]. C—H...N hydrogen bonds are also present.
