Crystallization and preliminary X-ray crystallographic studies of transglutaminase 2 in complex with Ca²⁺

Human transglutaminase 2 (TG2) in complex with Ca²⁺ was crystallized and the crystals were found to belong to the orthorhombic space group C222₁, with unit-cell parameters a = 133.08, b = 216.30, c = 166.26 Å. The crystals were obtained at 20°C and diffracted to a resolution of 3.4 Å.

Preliminary X-ray crystallographic studies of the TIR domain of human Toll-like receptor 6

The human TLR6 TIR domain was crystallized and crystals were found to belong to space group C2, with unit-cell parameters a = 127.60, b = 44.20, c = 75.72 Å, β = 118.89°. The crystals were obtained at 20°C and diffracted to a resolution of 2.2 Å.

Purification, crystallization and preliminary X-ray crystallographic studies of Drep2 CIDE domain

The CIDE domain of Drep2 was purified and crystallized in space group P2₁2₁2₁, with unit-cell parameters a = 50.28, b = 88.70, c = 113.37 Å. The crystals diffracted to a resolution of 2.3 Å.
