Cloning, overexpression, purification and preliminary X-ray analysis of the catalytic domain of the ethylene receptor ETR1 from Arabidopsis thaliana

The catalytic domain of the histidine kinase of the ethylene receptor ETR1 from A. thaliana was expressed and crystallized. The crystals belonged to space group I222 or I2₁2₁2₁.
