An orthorhombic crystal of an enoyl-(acyl-carrier protein) reductase from V. fischeri was obtained and diffraction data were collected to 2.7 Å resolution.

Crystallization and preliminary X-ray crystallographic studies of succinic semialdehyde dehydrogenase from Streptococcus pyogenes

Succinic semialdehyde dehydrogenase (SSADH) from S. pyogenes was purified and crystallized. Crystals of native and NAD⁺-complexed SSADH diffracted to resolutions of 1.6 and 1.7 Å, respectively.
