In the title compound, C₁₀H₁₁BrFN₅O₄·C₃H₆O·H₂O, the N-gly­cosyl­ic bond torsion angle, χ, is anti [–108.0 (4)°]. The sugar pucker is N-type [C2′-exo, ₂E with P = 346.5 (4)° and τ_m = 34.5 (2)°], and the conformation around the C—C bond linking the CH₂ group and the furan ring is −sc [torsion angle γ = −70.0 (4)°].
