The α polymorph of racemic tris­(2,4-penta­nedionato-κ²O,O′)vanadium(III), redetermined at 120 K

In the α polymorph of the title compound, [V(C₅H₇O₂)₃], the mol­ecules lie in general positions with no crystallographically imposed symmetry, but with approximate D₃ (32) mol­ecular symmetry.

Racemic cis-bis­(2,2′-bipyrid­yl)difluoro­vanadium(III) tetra­fluoro­borate

The title compound is a salt, [V(C₁₀H₈N₂)₂F₂]BF₄, in which pairs of cations, one each of Λ and Δ configuration, are linked by a centrosymmetric π–π stacking inter­action.
