Mel­amine (1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-tri­amine): a neutron diffraction study at 14 K

The single-crystal neutron diffraction technique was used to determine the crystal structure of mel­amine, C₃H₆H₆, at 14 K. The mol­ecule is nearly planar. There are three crystallographically inequivalent amine groups with different geometries, the asymmetric unit being the complete molecule.
