The title compound {alternatively called tetra­kis­[(4-bromo­benz­yl­oxy)meth­yl]methane}, C₃₃H₃₂Br₄O₄, was crystallized from eth­yl acetate. The molecule has crystallographic twofold rotation symmetry.
