In the title compound, C₁₇H₁₆N₄O₄, the dihedral angle between the planar nine-membered bicyclic ring system and the benzene ring is 81.9 (1)°. Intra­molecular N—H...O and inter­molecular N—H...O, N—H...N and C—H...N hydrogen bonds are effective in stabilizing the mol­ecular and crystal structure.
