Crystallization and preliminary X-ray diffraction analysis of FKBP52 N-terminal domain

The N-terminal (amino acids 1–140) domain of human FKBP52 has been crystallized. The crystals belong to space group P2₁ with unit-cell parameters a = 27.8, b = 58.4, c = 70.9 Å, β = 98.3° and diffract to 2.4 Å resolution limit.
