Purification, crystallization and preliminary crystallographic studies of C-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM-3) of human ELAV-type RNA-binding protein 3 (ETR-3)

The C-terminal RNA recognition motif of human ETR-3 protein involved in myotonic dystrophy was over-expressed, purified and crystallized. The crystals obtained diffracted X-rays to 3 Å resolution and belonged to space group P2₁3.
