Tris(ethyl­enediamine-κ²N,N′)cobalt(III) aqua­tris­(oxalato-κ²O¹,O²)indate(III)

In the cation of the title compound, [Co(C₂H₈N₂)₃][In(C₂O₄)₃(H₂O)], the Co^III atom is coordinated by six N atoms from three ethyl­enediamine mol­ecules. The Co^III—N bond lengths lie in the range 1.956 (4)–1.986 (4) Å. In the anion, the In^III atom is seven-coordinated by six O atoms from three oxalate ligands and by a water mol­ecule. The cations and anions are linked by extensive O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a supermolecular network.

(E)-4-Chloro-N-[4-(methyl­sulfon­yl)benzyl­idene]aniline

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C₁₄H₁₂ClNO₂S, the mol­ecules display a trans conformation with respect to the C=N double bond. The dihedral angle between the methyl­sulfonyl benzene and chloro­benzene rings is 59.59 (8)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by weak C—H...O inter­actions and by π–π stacking inter­actions between inversion-related methyl­sulfonyl benzene rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.8579 (11) Å].
