Structural polymorphism of c-di-GMP bound to an EAL domain and in complex with a type II PilZ-domain protein

The crystal structures of XccFimX^EAL-c-di-GMP and XccFimX^EAL-c-di-GMP-XccPilZ complexes have been determined to a resolution of 2.50 and 2.70 Å, respectively. The two c-d-GMP in the two complexes are found to adopt a novel conformation.
