Structures of free and inhibited forms of the L,D-­transpeptidase Ldt_Mt1 from Mycobacterium tuberculosis

This work reports the crystal structures of the L,D-transpeptidase Ldt_Mt1 from M. tuberculosis in a ligand-free form and in complex with the carbapenem imipenem.
