In the title mol­ecule, C₂₂H₁₉NO₂S, the thia­zolidinone ring exhibits a flattened envelope conformation. The methoxy­phen­yl and biphen­yl substituents are in pseudo-equatorial and pseudo-axial orientations, respectively, with respect to the thia­zolidinone ring.
