The title compound, C₁₄H₁₈N₂O₃, is a potential anti-amnesic agent. The pyrrolidine ring is disordered and both major and minor components adopt an envelope conformation. In the solid state, symmetry-related mol­ecules are linked by inter­molecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming chains with a C(10) graph-set motif. Inter­molecular C—H...O inter­actions are also observed.
