The title compound, C₃₂H₃₂N₄O, a spiro­oxazine modified with a fused phen­yl-piperazin­yl-naphthalene moiety, has been characterized by X-ray crystallographic techniques. The piperazine ring is in a chair conformation, while the oxazine and pyrrolidine rings adopt envelope conformations.
