The title compound, [Re(C₇H₁₂NO₂S₃)(C₁₈H₁₅P)]·C₃H₆O, crystallizes from a solution in chloro­form–acetone–cyclo­­hexane with enantiomers disordered equally over each mol­ecular site. Hydrogen bonds between the carbox­yl groups form dimers in the crystal structure.
