Accurate measurements of intrinsic scattering from window materials by use of a vacuum camera

Window materials for small-angle X-ray scattering measurements have been evaluated using a vacuum camera. It is shown that window materials vary in how they scatter the background signal depending on the q range.

Study of the internal structure of polymer micelles by anomalous small-angle X-ray scattering at two edges

Internal structures of polymer micelles of poly(4-vinylphenol)-block-poly(4-bromostyrene) in alkaline solution are characterized using anomalous small-angle X-ray scattering near the Br and Rb K edges.
