(E)-4-Meth­oxy-2-[(4-nitro­phen­yl)imino­meth­yl]phenol

The title compound, C₁₄H₁₂N₂O₄, exists as an enol–imine tautomer, in which a strong intra­molecular O—H...N hydrogen bond is formed. This study verifies the preference of the enol–imine tautomeric form in the solid state.
