The title compound, C₁₃H₁₈N₂O₂, exists in the enol–imine tautomeric form with a strong intra­molecular O—H...N hydrogen bond [O...N = 2.5795 (18) Å], and the morpholine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation.
