Crystallization of the C-terminal head domain of the fibre protein from a siadenovirus, turkey adenovirus 3

The C-terminal domain of the fibre protein from turkey adenovirus 3, a siadenovirus, consisting of amino acids 304-454, has been crystallized. Diffraction data were obtained to 2.0 and 2.14 Å resolution for a native crystal and a selenomethionine-derivative crystal, respectively.

A C-terminal domain of the fibre protein from snake adenovirus 1, an atadenovirus, has been crystallized. Diffraction data have been obtained to high resolution for several native crystal forms and a selenomethionine derivative.
