Expression, purification, crystallization and preliminary X-ray diffraction analysis of EtFPOX from Eupenicillium terrenum sp.

Crystals of EtFPOX from E. terrenum sp. diffracted to 1.9 Å resolution and belonged to space group P2₁2₁2₁, with unit-cell parameters a = 65.6, b = 80.0, c = 83.4 Å.
