Tying down the arm in Bacillus dUTPase: structure and mechanism

Structures of the B. subtilis dUTPases in a novel complex with dU-PP_i-Mg²⁺ and in complex with dUMP provide insights into the mechanism and identify features unique to the B. subtilis enzymes.
