In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C27H28N4O6, there are two independent molecules which have different conformations. The tetrahydrofuran and dihydrodiazepine rings adopt envelope conformations. The hydroxy, amino and carbonyl groups are all involved in hydrogen bonding.
