4-Ethyl-2-[4-hydroxy-5-(1-hydroxypropyl)-2-phenyl-2-cyclohexenyl]-3-tosyl-1,3-oxazolidine

The structure determination of the title compound, C₂₇H₃₅NO₅S, was undertaken in order to determine the absolute configuration of the chiral centres. The oxazolidine ring exhibits a twist conformation, the cyclohexene ring a halfchair conformation. The intermolecular packing is stabilized by two hydrogen bonds.
