The crystal structure of the title compound, C19H22N4OS, is described. The isothiazolopyridine part of the molecule is planar, while the piperazine ring adopts a slightly deformed chair conformation. The structure is stabilized by a network of weak C—H...X hydrogen bonds, and the conformation of the phenylpiperazine substituent may be influenced by a C—H...S intramolecular short contact.
