In the title complex, [Ti(C18H29O)Cl2(C36H40BN6)]·C7H8, the Ti atom is coordinated by three N atoms that are constrained to a facial arrangement by the TpMs* ligand [TpMs* = HB(3-mesitylpyrazol­yl)2(5-mesitylpyrazol­yl)], two chloride ligands and the sterically bulky 2,4,6-tBu3-phenolate ligand in a distorted octa­hedral geometry.
