In the title compound, C28H24N2O3, the two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit have different conformations about the ether bonds. The bond lengths and angles of the two mol­ecules are nearly identical. The crystal structure is stabilized by intra­molecular O—H...N and inter­molecular C—H...O hydrogen bonding.
