Sixteen existing single-wavelength/multi-wavelength anomalous diffraction (SAD/MAD) data sets with a broad range of crystallographic properties have been used to investigate the various parameters in SnB with the goal of finding the optimum values for locating the positions of anomalous scatterers. The results of the analysis indicate some changes in default parameters that may be useful for non-routine and difficult cases.
