N,N'-Bis(1-pyrenylmethyl)-1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane

Molecules of the title compound, C₄₆H₄₆N₂O₄, are centrosymmetric and the two pyrene rings are anti with respect to each other across the crown ether ring. No packing via π–π interaction between the pyrene planes is observed.
