The atomic arrangement in the title compound, 3(C4H14N2)2+.2(P3O9)3-.4H2O, is described as a three-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds connecting all the components of the structure. Ring anions are linked by hydrogen-bonded water molecules to form infinite ribbons and hydrogen bonds from the organic groups establish the three-dimensional cohesion.
