In the text (§2) there was a factor of ½ missing from all the last terms in each of equations (13)–(18). The corrected equations are given below.

This typesetting mistake occurred only in the text. The correct equations (including the factor of ½) were used in the calculations in §3 of the paper, so the results and the conclusions were not affected by this omission.
