cryocrystallography papers
Macromolecular crystallographic data collection is increasingly and more routinely performed at temperatures around 100 K. At these temperatures, radiation damage is greatly reduced and so the possibility of storing and reusing crystals exists. A simple device for the transfer of cryocooled crystals into and out of the data-collection position is described.
