A study on the recovery of heavily faulted Cu-Ge single crystals by X-ray diffraction

The stability of the heavily faulted state has been investigated. At temperatures higher than 300°C, remarkable redistributions of peak intensities on diffuse streaks were observed in addition to the decrease in the total diffuse intensity.
