Silver-ion conduction pathways in Ag₅IP₂O₇

All the Ag⁺ ions in Ag₅IP₂O₇ are coordinated by both oxide and iodide, ruling out the hypothesis of purely iodide-coordinated conduction pathways in this Ag⁺ ionic conductor.
