Refinement of La_1.5Ba_1.5Cu₃O_7-x from a Twinned Crystal

The structure of the title compound (barium copper lanthanum oxide, Ba_1.50Cu₃La_1.50O_6.66) has been refined from a twinned crystal, using single-crystal methods. The result of the present investigation show lower standard deviations than the results of earlier powder diffraction refinements, but the studies are otherwise in agreement.
