In the title compound, [Cu(NO3)2(C6H8N2)2], the copper(II) ion, which lies on a centre of symmetry, is coordinated by four N atoms of two 2-aminomethylpyridine ligands and two O atoms of two nitrate ions in an elongated octahedral geometry.
