In the title triaryloxazolone derivative, C₂₄H₁₈ClNO₆S, the three phenyl rings are oriented in a propeller-lke fashion around the central oxazolone ring, with dihedral angles of 55.7 (1) (acetoxyphenyl), 56.4 (1) (methylsulfonylphenyl) and 25.0 (1)° (phenyl).
