Abstract: The title compound, [RhCl(C₁₄H₁₅P)₂(CO)], crystallizes with two almost identical molecules in the asymmetric unit. The molecules have the Rh^I atom in a square-planar geometry. The crystal structure involves intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds.
