Inversion of dynamical electron scattering to obtain the crystal potential using data from two thicknesses

Abstract: A method is given to invert the multiple scattering of electrons in a crystalline slab to obtain the projected potential. For a fixed orientation of the incident beam of electrons, scattering data are required for two thicknesses of the crystal.
